Let me cut to the chase as you know my name is Kim Dion and I don’t have to tell you the known fact that only 3% of networkers are really making any money in network marketing. These are staggering real numbers that you will read about all over the internet.
The truth of the matter is the marketing and advertising methods that are being taught in this industry today and going back for the last 60 years are not effect. Never has been and never will be for the average home base business owner.
Let me point out why today mlm methods do not work. From a business stand point does it make sense to make a list of friends and family, who probably has no intention of joining a home base business opportunity.
Do 3-way calls to an upline, who when you call is busy and does not answer, buy hundreds of dollars worth cd’s and audio material to hand out to strangers who don’t know you from the man on the moon. Would you open up a 7/11 and promote your business that way, and if you did how much money do you think you would make.

Driving all over your town to meet a hot prospect who did not sign up but enjoyed the meal. Heck, they didn’t even leave you tip. I was once in a mortgage office helping out a friend one day and a guy walked in bragging on how a networker had just paid for his lunch and how he should find others like him to buy his lunch every day.
Then Guess What! Te other people in the office started asking for his number so they could get a free lunch as well. This was not a $5 McDonald’s lunch either people don’t make that mistake.
Have you made a list of 100 or 200 of close friends and relatives who you called week after week to try and convince them to come to a meeting or at least speak to your upline leads who is making tons of money. Take a look at your downline and tell me how many of them are you business partners.
Don’t tell me you have made that dreadful mistake of purchasing hundreds of dollars of on hand inventory to sell when that hungry crowd come tearing down your door. Oh, not to mention the product samples that you give and mail out on a constant basis.
I was once saved from making that same mistake when I was actually gong to buy $1000 dollars worth of product and give out to strangers. My job was not over after that you know this stuff does not sell itself. I was then required to hassle them for a week or two until they actually used the stuff.
Have you tried hosting a home party yet. I did several times and also attended a few just to support someone in my uplines downline. Sad to say only 1 person should up to mine and of course they did not join or purchase anything.
I could go on and on with over 10 years of stories just like the once above but you probably know from your own experience. Fact is , the methods don’t work and I am not the only network marketer that feel this way. Most upline guru realized this early on in their business and found a way to advertise and market but they know those techniques cannot be taught and are very expensive.
