Hi Audria, I think your questions is on where do we get our information to create our articles. If I am wrong then please correct me. I write most of my articles myself just from experience and personal knowledge gained over the years. From time to time I do let other blog owners published their articles on my site that of course if relevant to my blog them.
If you are looking to have someone else write you article you would just advertise for article writers or you can purchase PLR Content and rewrite or publish as it with your own name. You can even visit blogs and ask the blog owner if you can post their material on your blog and to make it unique you can write an introduction or small summary at the end with your views just to give your readers your own personal view.
